Classes / Bible Study

Catholic Bible studies are an important aid in understanding Scripture and the Catholic Faith. “The more we can understand the inspired writings in the books of the Bible, the more we understand the beliefs, celebrations and rituals of our Faith. Simply reading the Bible can be confusing, so reliable Bible studies are indispensable.” Throughout the year, our parish offers different Bible Study programs. These individual studies vary in length and focus. Information on new Bible Study opportunities can be found in the bulletin as well as here, on our parish website, and by calling the Parish Office.

Bible Study Programs

The TUESDAY AFTERNOON AND EVENING ADULT BIBLE STUDIES will start up again on Tuesday, September 20, with the afternoon session at 1PM and the evening program at 7PM in Our Lady’s Hall, Pitman.

  • On September 20 and 27, a special production about St. Paul will be shown in two parts with discussion.
  • On October 4, the Afternoon Bible Study will begin a review and reflection of St. Paul’s Letters to the Corinthians (I and II); and The Evening Bible Study Program will be exploring St. Paul's Letter to the Hebrews.
