Prayer Chain Ministry

Praying is one of the most ancient of human practices. Prayer transcends religions, denominations, sects and belief systems of all kinds. It's used in a multitude of ways: to seek comfort, make a request, ask for guidance, heal and restore, express sorrow, celebrate joy or give thanks. At its most elemental level, with everything else stripped away, praying is simply talking to God (who's always happy to listen).

Our Parish Prayer Chain Ministry could use your help.

Volunteers receive a call with a person’s name, and then call the next person on the list and give them the name. After receiving the name, and making the call, volunteers are asked to pray at Least Once A Day For Seven Days...

O Mary, you are the Mother and Queen of all.  Watch over (Name) by your motherly care.  And intercede with the King of kings on his / her behalf.  Amen.  [This prayer will be mailed to you on a card for ease in remembering.]

Please contact the Parish Office if you feel that you can serve our community in this way.
