The Pastoral Associate for Parish Business Administration assists the Pastor in the general administration of the parish and supports the operational and business functions of the parish according to the diocesan Vision Statement and the mission of the parish. The PABA is responsible and accountable for all the resources of the parish and plans so that parish resources are used in a fair, just and judicious manner.
